About HeartLand Farms
HeartLand Farms is an exciting diversified farm dedicated to producing the highest quality vegetables, berries, fruits, nuts, and meat using organic and sustainable agricultural practices. We are located on Gilson Road in Hartland, VT. We work to be a valued community asset as providers of healthy, locally grown produce and meat. HeartLand Farms is offering pork CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shares this year and will be at the Hartland Farmers' Markets on Friday evenings this summer (hartlandfarmersmarket.blogspot.com/). We have also partnered with Ryan S. Cheney, executive chef at The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farms (www.quecheeinn.com/) and Jenny Williams owner and chef at Artisan Eats Vermont (www.artisaneatsvt.com/) to bring fresh, seasonal vegetables to their menus.
